Tony Locos Bar & Restaurant | Our Story

A dream come true

Hello! I'm Tony Guarino, owner of Tony Locos. What started as a small restaurant inspired by my family's American, Italian, and Puerto Rican roots has grown into something even more special. Over the past eight years, we've evolved our menu into a celebration of American and Latin American cuisine, blending the best flavors, traditions, and cultures from across the Americas. My wife, Rosa, is from Puerto Rico, and my grandparents immigrated from Italy in the early 1900s. Their recipes and traditions helped shape who we are today, while our passion for creativity and great food continues to inspire where we're headed. At Tony Locos, we're committed to serving fresh, flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Whether you're craving a classic American favorite, a Latin-inspired specialty, or one of our signature creations, there's something here for everyone. Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to serving you and sharing the flavors that make Tony Locos unique. Come by and get Loco with us! — Tony Guarino Owner, Tony Locos

Murals, the Bar, and the Patio

Murals, the Bar, and the Patio

Hand-painted murals stretch floor-to-ceiling throughout the dining room, giving Tony Locos a warmth and color you won't find anywhere else in Howard County. Pull up a bar stool or grab a patio seat and settle in.
